What you will do

• Develop features in Unity for PC and console titles.
• Own gameplay features from first pass through polish with minimal oversight.
• Work across gameplay systems, performance concerns, and tooling.
• Collaborate closely with designers and other disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and context sharing.
• Ensure quality, scope, and maintainability in development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional game development experience.
• Strong, hands-on experience shipping games in Unity.
• Shipped titles on PC and at least one console platform.
• Experience owning gameplay features independently.
• Comfort collaborating directly with designers on gameplay systems.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or supporting less-senior engineers.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Multiplayer, systems-heavy, or performance-critical feature work.
• Tools development or pipeline improvements.
