What you will do

• Define the local brand proposition and campaign strategy for the UK & Ireland market.
• Plan, develop and execute creative, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns through continuous testing, tracking and performance analysis.
• Lead SEO strategy in partnership with content and technical teams.
• Use data, insights and analytics to optimize conversion, personalization and campaign effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships across hirify.global and hirify.global Bet to unlock new revenue opportunities and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within sports, entertainment or gaming / betting environments.
• Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, affiliates and display.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving growth, ROI and revenue outcomes.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, international and matrixed environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of operating in regulated markets and advertising compliance is an advantage.
• Passion for sport, particularly football, with a deep understanding of fan behaviour.
