What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers, guiding technical product development projects.
• Attract, retain, and foster the professional growth of software engineers.

• Contribute to building globally distributed, fault-tolerant, and highly scalable cloud-based systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on management experience leading engineering teams.
• 10+ years of comprehensive software engineering experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems development and API development.
• Solid grounding in at least one major cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English B2+ required).
• MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.

• Knowledge of query optimization techniques.
• Experience with complex GraphQL APIs.
• Understanding of data security principles.
