What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap across features, live ops, and long-term strategy.
• Partner with Design, Art, and Engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on high-impact features.
• Drive a strong data-informed culture through experimentation, analysis, and iteration.
• Deeply understand player behavior through dashboards, metrics, and qualitative insight.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and LTV.
• Represent the voice of the player while balancing creative vision and financial performance.
• Contribute to business and product strategy alongside the leadership team.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, live ops, game economy, or analytics for mobile F2P games.
• A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Curiosity, growth mindset, and comfort working in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence making data-informed decisions.
• Collaborative, open, and respectful communication style.
