What you will do

  • Process customer orders, confirm product availability, and ensure timely shipping details.
  • Maintain up-to-date product catalogue and manage pricing discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients via the ticketing system to resolve order-related issues.
  • Provide timely updates to customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, customer support, or operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platform guidelines and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience using customer support ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
