What you will do

- Provide timely updates to customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, customer support, or operations.
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platform guidelines and compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using customer support ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
