What you will do

• Full product ownership for a compact product portfolio, with direct accountability for results and competitiveness.
• Create product roadmaps and manage features hands-on.
• Test product and monetization hypotheses.
• Optimize conversion with a deep understanding of metrics.
• Collaborate closely with UA and ASO.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner, with a proven record in mobile apps using a subscription monetization model (mandatory).
• Track record of launching successful projects with direct business impact and full responsibility for the product and its results.
• Strong command of unit economics (LTV, ARPU, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
• Experience formulating and validating hypotheses across product and marketing.
• Product analytics experience: Amplitude, Firebase, Adjust, or equivalents.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma.
