What you will do

• Full product ownership for a compact product portfolio (2–3 apps), with direct accountability for results and competitiveness.
• Product roadmap creation and hands-on feature management.
• Testing product and monetization hypotheses.
• Conversion optimization with a deep understanding of metrics and the levers that influence them.
• Close collaboration with UA and ASO.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager / Product Owner, with a proven record in mobile apps using a subscription monetization model (mandatory).
• Track record of launching successful projects with direct business impact and full responsibility for the product and its results.
• Strong command of unit economics (LTV, ARPU, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
• Experience formulating and validating hypotheses across product and marketing.
• Product analytics experience: Amplitude, Firebase, Adjust, or equivalents.
• Deep knowledge of the mobile apps market and continuous monitoring of trends.
