What you will do
- Provide timely and professional support for customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, chat, and email.
- Monitor and respond to incidents for cloud-hosted servers.
- Manage endpoint security tools (EDR/antivirus) and maintain incident logs.
- Oversee and execute daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the cybersecurity platform.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and customer interactions for continuous improvement and future reference.
- Support compliance activities, including vulnerability scanning and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of security concepts and practices.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, LB, SSL, HTTP/S).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience with one or more major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Previous experience with security vendors (e.g., F5, Checkpoint, Radware).
- Familiarity with web application security concepts and practices.
