TL;DR

Senior Data Integration Specialist: Manages and optimizes data flow to the performance reporting platform utilized by Institutional Investment Consultants and Asset Owners with an accent on building and maintaining robust integrations with custodial banks and other financial institutions. Focus on automating customer workflows, vendor management, data acquisition and mapping, and ingestion into the performance reporting platform.

Location: Hybrid with proximity to Boston / Pittsburgh / New York for periodic in‑person collaboration. East Coast preferred.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize data flow to the performance reporting platform.
  • Build and maintain integrations with custodial banks and financial institutions.
  • Oversee custodial data management including vendor management, data acquisition and mapping, and ingestion into the performance reporting platform (PARis).
  • Work closely with vendors, clients and third parties.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of custodial data and how transactions/positions translate into performance systems.
  • Knowledge of investment performance & accounting (e.g., positions, transactions, TWR).
  • SQL (querying) and Python skills for analysis/automation.
  • Familiarity with financial instruments and large datasets/data quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience at custodial banks such as BNY Mellon, State Street, JPMorgan, Northern Trust, Schwab, Fidelity, Citi, M &T.
  • Background with data/aggregation or performance providers like MSCI, Cygnus, PCR, Clearwater, Atapar, ByAllAccounts, Broadridge.
  • Exposure to building integration workflows and ETL.
