What you will do

• Architect and scale stewardship frameworks that integrate governance across dbt, Snowflake, and BI tools.
• Define enterprise standards for documentation, lineage, certification, and data trust.
• Deploy AI and machine learning models to automatically tag, classify, and assess the health of datasets and dashboards.
• Partner with engineering and AI platform teams to embed autonomous data quality and metadata enrichment processes.
• Lead stewardship and governance councils across hirify.global’s business domains and data collections.
• Serve as the final authority for enterprise KPI definitions, resolving metric conflicts and enforcing cross-domain standardization.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data stewardship, governance, or metadata management.
• Deep experience with dbt Cloud and Snowflake.
• Expertise in BI governance (Tableau, Sigma, Omni) and metric consistency frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and operationalize enterprise data governance programs.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for metadata enrichment, anomaly detection, or quality monitoring.
