What you will do
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions that address client pain points.
- Manage end-to-end integration projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on adopting and maximizing AI-driven tools.
- Influence the internal AI roadmap based on client feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units and product areas.
- Drive continuous improvement of integrated solutions through performance analysis.
- Stay informed on AI trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to iGaming.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in iGaming or a similarly regulated environment.
- Proven ability to deliver complex integration projects, including vendor management.
- Strong understanding of iGaming operations, including casino, sports betting, payments, KYC, and promotions.
- Experience with AI and automation solutions (implementing or strategically managing them).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.
