What you will do

• Foster an AI-driven culture by advocating for innovative artificial intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with the Director of AI & Data Science and Data Science Managers on projects prioritization, management, and delivery communication.
• Drive alignment with the AI & Data Science roadmap, targets, and scrum team objectives.
• Communicate roadmap and objectives clearly to stakeholders and guide on their information needs.
• Support overall AI governance, architecture, and evaluation of different AI tools and solutions.
• Support the conceptualisation and realisation of new AI and GenAI solutions together with business and AI teams.

Requirements

• Experience working on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or big data projects and familiarity with associated lifecycles & delivery teams.
• Comfortable in managing multiple projects simultaneously using project management techniques.
• Master's degree in IT or a related field.
• Understanding of Agile mindset and experience working in an agile environment, preferably using scrum methodology.
• Basic understanding of AI and Generative AI.
• Fluent in English (C1+), both verbal and written, with strong structured communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
