What you will do

• Propose functional, high-level design solutions tailored to the project’s constraints.
• Actively participate in art reviews and ideation sessions.
• Make ergonomics and user experience decisions based on research, data, and best practices.
• Design functional prototypes to test and validate the user experience with the team.
• Mentor and support UI designers by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of tools, templates, and workflows used for UI across the studio.

Requirements

• College diploma in graphic design, UX/UI design, digital arts, or another related field combined with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in UI design or other relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing interfaces on AAA projects.
• Experience developing interfaces with Unreal 5.X.
• Strong understanding of user behavior and interface ergonomics.
• English proficiency is required to perform the role, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.

• Strong skills in drawing, coloring, and animation.
• Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in a multidisciplinary collaborative environment.
