What you will do

• Support overall business growth for the customer’s digital lottery product.
• Identify opportunities for player experience improvement through product understanding.
• Test new game content and manage all releases, collaborating with delivery and studio teams.
• Create and maintain a monthly promotional calendar and execute all promotions successfully.
• Execute player communication campaigns via multiple channels, tracking metrics for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer experience enhancements and resolve issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Bachelor Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Strong customer-facing experience.
• Experience with CRM and/or loyalty programs.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simultaneously manage strategic initiatives, projects, and production issues.
