TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (HR Tech): Managing and growing a customer portfolio, driving product adoption, satisfaction, and retention in a fast-growing SaaS environment, with an accent on data-driven strategies and churn prevention. Focus on 1:1 customer engagements, scalable campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer value and inform company decisions.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France. Candidates must have a valid EU visa or nationality.

Salary: €45,000–€50,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 100–150 customers using data-driven approaches.
  • Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through 1:1 engagements and scalable campaigns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating product usage into business outcomes.
  • Identify renewal risks and proactively implement churn prevention plans.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Gather and share customer insights to inform product, sales, and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, Operations, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for driving customer strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Fluent in French and professional English.
  • Valid EU visa or nationality required.
