What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 100–150 customers using data-driven approaches.
- Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through 1:1 engagements and scalable campaigns.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating product usage into business outcomes.
- Identify renewal risks and proactively implement churn prevention plans.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Gather and share customer insights to inform product, sales, and go-to-market decisions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, Operations, or related customer-facing roles.
- Experience in SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical skills for driving customer strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Fluent in French and professional English.
- Valid EU visa or nationality required.
