What you will do

• Lead continuous product discovery and strategy, including market research, user interviews, and data analysis.
• Define and maintain a structured discovery process, leveraging AI-assisted insights and opportunity mapping.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams, exploring AI enhancements.
• Master execution and outcome-driven delivery using Agile methodologies and AI-enabled tools for optimization.
• Define clear success metrics and track impact using product analytics and business KPIs.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders, mentoring junior PMs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in technology-driven or AI-adjacent environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Experience applying data-driven and AI-assisted approaches in product discovery and analysis.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tooling (e.g., Jira, Miro, Figma).
• Curiosity and literacy in emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot).
