Salary: $195,000–$243,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Oversee professional services teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage complex interactions with senior stakeholders and key clients, acting as executive sponsor for hirify.global Dimension implementations across the U.S. and Canada.
• Identify, recruit, and retain top industry talent to build and develop a high-performing consulting team.
• Design and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability in service delivery.
• Drive strategic initiatives and provide recommendations to enhance service offerings and operational excellence.
• Partner with sales and account teams to shape proposals, providing delivery insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in financial services, consulting, or software delivery, with at least 5 years leading teams or managing complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, engage, and develop high-performing teams while driving accountability and results.
• Skilled at cultivating strong client and stakeholder relationships that foster trust and long-term partnerships.
• Ability to balance quality, cost, risk, and resources to deliver optimal outcomes under pressure.
• Hands-on experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial platforms; knowledge of hirify.global Dimension is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of project governance, planning, and execution methodologies.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada, with the ability to attend the office at least two days per week.
