What you will do

• Define and prioritize Paragon product requirements, focusing on regulatory compliance, including FHIR and other interoperability standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications and user stories.
• Analyze and document upcoming regulatory changes and their impact on Paragon, identifying opportunities for product enhancements.
• Manage the product roadmap for regulatory features, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall product strategy.
• Engage with regulatory bodies, industry experts, and clients to stay informed about evolving requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including regulatory impact assessments and compliance artifacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT and 3+ years in product management, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Meaningful Use, and 21st Century Cures Act.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 standards, including FHIR, HL7v2, and CDA.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Experience working with Azure DevOps.
• Paragon product experience.
