Location: Remote within Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan provinces only)

Salary: $162,400–$219,600 CAD annual/OTE

What you will do

• Perform analytical deep-dives to analyze problems and identify opportunities.
• Design and execute experiments to inform future experimentation roadmaps.
• Create personalized segmentation strategies leveraging propensity models.
• Identify key trends, build automated reporting and executive-facing dashboards.
• Monitor and analyze high-volume experiments to optimize product for user experience and revenue.
• Translate complex concepts into business implications and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ or above in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
• 6+ years experience using analytics to drive key business decisions.
• Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage with business stakeholders.
• Significant experience with SQL.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation design, and common analytical techniques like regression, decision trees.
• Solid background in running multivariate experiments.
• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and influence skills.
• Work authorization for Canada required (specific to Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan provinces).

Nice to have

• Product analytics experience in a SAAS company.
• Masters’ or above in a quantitative discipline.
