Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 CAD

What you will do

• Identify and pursue high-value data projects, focusing on proof-of-concept.
• Solve complex technical problems and execute robust A/B tests with statistical analysis.
• Measure project impact and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Lead the development and adoption of high analytics standards.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, systems, and data architecture.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Data Strategy Team and collaborate with data professionals.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience: 5+ years in roles involving data analytics, data science, data strategy, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
• Skills: Expertise in statistical and predictive modeling, data mining, advanced analytics techniques, and advanced SQL.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI) and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, data pipeline development, dbt or Dataform, and Github.
• English: Fluency required.
