Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 CAD

What you will do

• Identify and pursue data projects with high potential value for the organization.
• Solve complex technical problems through proof of concept and exploratory solutions.
• Design and execute robust A/B tests and other experimental frameworks, performing statistical analysis and causal inference.
• Measure the impact of projects with thoughtful and creative techniques.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Data Strategy Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in roles involving data analytics, data science, data strategy, data engineering, or analytics engineering.
• Expertise in statistical and predictive modelling, data mining, and advanced analytics techniques.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases.
• Expert-level Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
