What you will do

  • Define and communicate the iLottery product vision and strategy to key stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end product and feature strategy, ensuring business value upon production.
  • Continuously build, improve, and manage the product backlog with the agile team.
  • Drive sprint and release plans in collaboration with Scrum Masters and technology teams.
  • Monitor KPIs, verify against market trends, and suggest backlog pivots to achieve OKRs.
  • Ensure customer-driven design by considering user pain points and usability test results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in product/new product development.
  • Experience in Agile Development and Product Owner roles, including backlog management and user story refinement.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant domains/products, industry trends, and user demands.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages and trade-offs.
