What you will do

• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Author detailed product requirements and user stories, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Marketing.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Support teams to enable successful customer adoption and create training material.
• Drive product positioning and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers or cross-functional contributors.
• Act as a product expert in executive briefings, customer sessions, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an enterprise software or SaaS environment, with at least 2 years in a senior-level or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing innovative, scalable products.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Technical background or strong technical fluency, especially in networking, enterprise IT, or telecommunications.
• Ability to collaborate and lead in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events; valid passport required.

Nice to have

• Android, Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows Server experience.
• Completion of Pragmatic Marketing (now Pragmatic Institute) training.
