- Develop and implement strategic community management initiatives.
- Drive follower growth through authentic engagement across platforms.

- Analyze content and community performance to adjust strategies for improved results.
- Collaborate with remote team members through regular meetings.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Community Manager with proven results.
- Strong understanding of content planning, scheduling, and calendar management.
- Strong fluency in social media language, trends, and platform-specific communication styles.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to brand voice.
- Ability to work independently while staying highly available for collaboration.
- Experience with social media management and community engagement tools.
