What you will do

• Deeply understand the organization’s product, business, and goals to drive people strategies and tactics.
• Deliver high-impact solutions for challenges including organization design and leadership capability, aligning with strategic goals.
• Partner with and coach senior leaders to develop their skills and improve team and organizational performance.
• Act with confidence and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment, instilling trust and delivering thoughtful solutions.
• Be proactive, adaptable, anticipating and addressing challenges before they arise.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to partnering with the business.

Requirements

• Substantial experience as an HR professional, spanning agile, scaling businesses and larger, complex, matrixed companies.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing and delegating tasks effectively.
• Outstanding understanding of human behavior and a strong understanding of self.
• Ability and curiosity to use AI tools practically and effectively, with awareness of responsible use, risks, and limitations.
• Seasoned thought partner capable of cultivating deep, trusting relationships with senior leaders to influence decisions.
• Extremely organized, able to work at a quick pace, balance many tasks, and proactively identify needs.
• Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity and implement creative, innovative ideas.

• Experience within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Experience working within AI or a product organization, and/or working within Alphabet.
