What you will do
- Design, implement, and strictly manage a structured training journey for new Client Portfolio Managers for rapid productivity.
- Create and deliver a constant stream of engaging micro-learning on product features, system updates, and client management best practices.
- Utilize and integrate AI technologies and tools to deliver, personalize, and track learning at scale across multiple geographies.
- Partner with global and regional sales leaders to identify skills gaps and align L&D initiatives to high-impact areas.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and its contribution to measurable positive business outcomes.
- Assist with promotion criteria and assessment, and identify high-potential employees for future leadership or specialized roles.
Requirements
- Significant L&D experience in a sales-led environment, specifically developing and delivering training programs for sales, account management, or client-facing teams.
- Prior experience within Fintech, Payments, or B2B SaaS business.
- Global, scalable mindset with experience implementing learning solutions across large global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and champion AI and modern digital approaches into the L&D process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work 4 days in the London office.
