What you will do

  • Build the sales operations practice from the ground up, covering technology, data, and processes.
  • Design and execute the CRM strategy, specifically using Hubspot.
  • Create processes and onboarding documentation to support growing customer teams.
  • Partner with marketing and data teams to ensure proper data flow across platforms.
  • Collaborate strategically with the head of revenue on team performance, go-to-market strategy, and customer trends.
  • Build reports and dashboards to communicate and promote data-driven decision-making, including pipeline, forecasting, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Sales operations experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of major CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience integrating with other sales ops tools, including Outreach, Gong, Chorus, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience in B2B - SMB / Enterprise.
  • Strong quantitative approach with experience in data analysis and insights, including SQL, BI tools, and Excel / ETL.
  • Industry experience in FinTech is preferred, especially with broker-dealer business.
