Location: Remote (Global, within approximately ± 4 hours of CET)

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of user acquisition specialists, setting clear goals and ensuring accountability.
  • Develop and execute strategies across Google and Facebook Ads, leveraging expertise to optimize performance.
  • Drive growth through structured processes, technical rigor, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Motivate, inspire, and energize the team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee operations, implement improvements, and ensure the team meets targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and separately in Facebook Ads.
  • Native-level proficiency in Russian (mandatory).
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving processes.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to oversee UA campaigns effectively.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to push initiatives forward while maintaining team motivation.
  • Experience in scaling user acquisition efforts and achieving measurable growth.
