Customer Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech): Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to build customer relationships and drive upsell/cross-sell demand across EMEA with an accent on organizing user group events, managing customer advocacy, and applying analytics to optimize campaign performance. Focus on managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating cross-functionally, and aligning tactics to the buyer’s journey.

Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Poland. Some travel required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for existing customers.
  • Organize and manage customer user group events across the EMEA region and plan field events.
  • Assist with the launch and management of a customer advocacy platform and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create pre and post event campaigns to support BDRs and Associate Account Managers.
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing and/or sales.
  • Fluency in English and French preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and CRM (Salesforce.com preferred).
  • Familiarity with managing customer advocacy platforms (User Evidence preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
