hirify.global, a fast-growing international product IT company, is seeking a Marketing Analyst who is focused on creative performance.
What you will do
- Analyze creative performance across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Build and maintain dashboards for creative, funnel, and campaign performance.
- Identify winning and losing creative patterns and support creative testing strategy with data-driven hypotheses.
- Work closely with Creative Producers and UA Managers to define insights and draw conclusions.
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV, retention, win rate).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and deep dives, and participate in automation and analytics process improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing / Product / Performance Analyst.
- Experience with mobile apps or subscription-based products.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Superset, Looker, or similar).
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive, insight-driven mindset.
