What you will do

• Plan, control, and structure classic and agile projects in the IT environment, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality.
• Lead requirement analysis and effort estimation workshops, steering project direction.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams and smoothly transition projects to daily operations.
• Innovate project methods and standards.
• Prepare insightful decision-making templates for top management.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in complex project management, team leadership, and stakeholder management.
• A degree or training in economics, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex projects and stakeholder management in dynamic environments, preferably in IT.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Experience working in Software, Information, and Technology or related companies is preferred.
