What you will do

• Develop OKR platforms, internal dashboards, and various internal services.
• Design, develop, and maintain ELT platforms and data pipelines.
• Review code to ensure best practices and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other teams to extract actionable data insights and enhance data quality.
• Contribute to existing internal documentation and write unit and integration tests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Python (Django) and React.
• Strong experience with RDBMS, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of LLM and AI tools like Claude Code/Cursor.
• Ability to leverage best coding practices: clean and readable code, automated testing, code reviews, continuous integration, and delivery.
• Experience working with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with data engineering tools like DBT, Dagster, Airflow, or Meltano.
• Experience working with FastAPI and VueJS.
