What you will do

• Break up the monolith & designing scalable microservices
• Develop & integrate new features in a high-load environment
• Build services that scale & stay secure
• Collaborate with infrastructure experts and dive into network protocols, traffic routing, load balancing techniques, and more

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong Python skills (2+ years of hands-on work)
• Experience with Django & DRF
• Ability to design solutions & choose the right tools
• Broad knowledge of modern backend web technologies
• Experience with containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)

Nice to have

• You have experience with finance and trading, or knowledge of the industry
• You're already familiar with hirify.global.
• Experience building high-load, fault-tolerant services
• Knowledge of Unix systems, OS internals & networking
• Familiarity with frontend tech (JS, TS, React)
• Some experience with Go
• Experience monitoring high-load production systems
