What you will do

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of a high-performing data analytics team.
• Partner with AntiFraud Business, Product, and Tech stakeholders to define analytical needs.
• Guide deep data analysis and develop data products for business impact.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team on fraud prevention models.
• Advocate for experiment-driven decision making and set up AB tests.
• Communicate insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading data analytics teams and improving fraud prevention.
• Ability to lead strategic and tactical planning.
• Strong background in fraud prevention, balancing security and customer experience.
• Deep understanding of running AB tests and statistical hypothesis testing.
• Proven experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Looker.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery and Airflow.
• Good understanding of machine learning training and inference lifecycle.
