Location: Flexible hybrid model in Hamburg, Germany (working from home on Mondays & Fridays, in the office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

What you will do

• Support data collection, maintenance, and analysis for Product, Fraud, and Customer Support.
• Explore user behavior to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Translate product and business questions into analyses, metrics, and hypotheses.
• Build clear insights for data-informed decision-making across teams.
• Identify tracking gaps and improve data quality and product instrumentation.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for monitoring user behavior.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a STEM-related degree or Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science at a university in Hamburg or the greater Hamburg area.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Some exposure to data visualization or BI tools.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn, comfortable taking ownership.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
