TL;DR

What you will do

  • Safeguard hirify.global and clients from financial crime risks including money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.
  • Resolve customer-related issues via email and chat efficiently.
  • Liaise with various requests involved in the team’s workflow.
  • Manage requests for information regarding client accounts or activities.
  • Efficiently manage a personal portfolio of cases and tasks.
  • Proactively follow up with clients and sales representatives to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • University degree required.
  • Diligent, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly empathetic, with strong active listening skills.
  • Co-operative, and comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Curious and eager to learn, actively asking questions to confirm understanding.
  • Adaptable, with the ability to cope with changing products, processes, and procedures.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
