What you will do
- Provide best-in-class customer support and proactively resolve issues for premium international customers.
- Use data and customer feedback to identify root causes and eliminate defects in the customer experience.
- Anticipate customer needs to simplify experience, reduce friction, and build trust.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external partners to align on solutions and drive results.
- Develop deep knowledge of hirify.global products and the evolving crypto environment to guide customers effectively.
- Support international or regional ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or support in a fast-paced environment with high-value customers.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for communication and business operations.
- Basic knowledge of blockchain, web3, staking, ROI/staking rewards, self-custody, and crypto.
- Motivated by hirify.global’s mission and passionate about creating seamless customer experiences.
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
Nice to have
- Good knowledge of cryptocurrency and hirify.global products.
- Previous experience in tech, crypto, finance, or fintech.
