What you will do
- Build and maintain marketing analytics infrastructure for data-driven decision making, owning the reporting layer connecting marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
- Create actionable dashboards and reports to answer critical questions about campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and future investment areas.
- Partner with marketing leaders to define KPIs, build tracking mechanisms, and establish regular reporting rhythms for ongoing campaign optimization.
- Ensure marketing data quality and governance across systems, auditing data flows between Pardot and Salesforce and improving data capture.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, including cohort analysis, attribution modeling, or competitive intelligence, to uncover opportunities and solve strategic problems.
Requirements
- Strong analytical foundation with 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot reporting capabilities, connecting marketing automation insights to Salesforce opportunity data.
- SQL skills and comfort with data analysis tools for querying, joins, aggregations, and data visualization.
- Strong marketing acumen, understanding funnel dynamics, lead lifecycle, attribution concepts, and common marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences, create clear visualizations, and drive action.
- Self-direction and a problem-solving orientation to manage ambiguity and prioritize competing requests.
Nice to have
- Pardot certification or deep expertise with Pardot reporting and engagement studio.
- Experience with attribution modeling or marketing mix analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Understanding of ABM or account-based marketing workflows in Pardot.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
