What you will do
- Lead end-to-end change management and digital adoption approaches for large-scale IT implementations.
- Advise senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making related to change impacts.
- Design training and digital adoption journeys, facilitate workshops, and coach leadership.
- Lead train-the-trainer activities to ensure scaling across the company.
- Lead or support PMO functions, including planning, roadmap development, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment across IT, business, and change/digital adoption streams in agile, waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Requirements
- University degree in Psychology, Business, IT, or related field with a proven track record in sustainable IT transformations.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies for complex digital technology projects.
- Solid consulting skills, including problem-solving and customer orientation.
- Experience in PMO or project management in IT environments.
- Proven senior stakeholder management skills, including IT leadership and program sponsors.
- Strong facilitation and enablement capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills in both German and English.
