What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change management and digital adoption approaches for large-scale IT implementations.
• Advise senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making related to change impacts.
• Design training and digital adoption journeys, facilitate workshops, and coach leadership.
• Lead train-the-trainer activities to ensure scaling across the company.
• Lead or support PMO functions, including planning, roadmap development, and reporting.
• Ensure alignment across IT, business, and change/digital adoption streams in agile, waterfall, or hybrid environments.

Requirements

• University degree in Psychology, Business, IT, or related field with a proven track record in sustainable IT transformations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies for complex digital technology projects.
• Solid consulting skills, including problem-solving and customer orientation.
• Experience in PMO or project management in IT environments.
• Proven senior stakeholder management skills, including IT leadership and program sponsors.
• Strong facilitation and enablement capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills in both German and English.
