What you will do

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers within agile, cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and processes that support innovation and productivity.
• Help shape and evolve agile practices, adapting them pragmatically to the company context.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and facilitate communication both within the team and with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the wider agile community at BurdaVerlag by sharing knowledge and experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in facilitating agile teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to empower teams to self-organize.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments, and to facilitate productive conflict resolution.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification or agile certifications (CSM, PSM).
