What you will do

• Define and implement standardized project management methods, processes, and tools.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reporting standards.
• Support project managers with tools, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor project portfolios, resources, budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Provide transparent portfolio reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Promote knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and best practices across project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in a natural science, engineering, or business administration.
• Project and portfolio management expertise, e.g. certified through PMI (PMP) or IPMA (Level C).
• In-depth understanding of the defense business, customer needs, and operational interdependencies.
• Leadership of large and/or international PMO transformation or sub-projects, and/or PMO programs.
• Experience working with diverse, cross-functional and multi-site stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.
