What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for global digital process governance and improvement.
• Lead and develop the Global Process Owner team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure alignment and integration between different global processes to optimize end-to-end value chains.
• Establish global standards, frameworks, and controls for digital process management.
• Oversee process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all domains.
• Partner with IT and digital teams to implement tools that support process automation and analytics.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in global process management and leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving process transformation.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and digital transformation.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or similar.
