What you will do

• Develop targeted data products using expertise in remote sensing and geospatial technologies.
• Influence product direction by gathering customer insights and building rapid prototypes of new offerings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Develop novel technical approaches for generating new product offerings, including ML and statistical methods.
• Create technical documentation and SDKs to enable customers to easily interact with hirify.global services and data.
• Own projects end-to-end, from design and prototyping through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Requirements

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and comfortable writing clean, modular code.
• Solid understanding of satellite data products, processing levels, and general domain experience in remote sensing.
• Experience training ML models, understanding the ML lifecycle, and producing products from ML approaches.
• Experience working with APIs, developing and maintaining technical documentation, and writing SDKs for customer services.
