Salary: $100,000–$154,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead medium-sized initiatives and provide technical guidance for scalable solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and design maintainable web services using Java or Python.
• Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines and ML Engineering workflows.
• Develop strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and influence technical direction.
• Mentor junior and peer engineers, fostering continuous learning and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Strong command of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Significant experience developing and maintaining production-scale, customer-facing web services.
• Hands-on exposure to OpenSearch or ElasticSearch and understanding of SQL and NoSQL storage engines.
• Familiarity with AWS environments and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Must be located within a reasonable proximity to one of hirify.global’s Centers of Excellence office locations in Irving, TX or Stamford, CT.

Nice to have

• Practical experience managing data lifecycle through ETL/ELT processes and deploying ML models to production.
• Experience with Agentic Workflows or AI-driven automation.
• Proven track record of improving team velocity through better tooling or process improvements.
