What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate secure, maintainable, and scalable web applications using object-oriented principles and cloud-native patterns.
• Drive team success through pair programming, thoughtful code reviews, and shared design sessions.
• Champion automated testing, static analysis, observability, and DevOps workflows.
• Adopt AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and solve business-critical problems.
• Build tools and automation to streamline engineering workflows.
• Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly and collaborate with product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on distributed systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and performance optimization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of observability tools and best practices for system reliability.
