TL;DR

Head of Growth Marketing / Demand Generation (SaaS): Own and scale global demand generation engine by driving qualified pipeline through digital channels with an accent on LinkedIn, Google, and Answer Engine Optimisation. Focus on building repeatable systems, optimising ROI, and leveraging AI tools to scale output.

Location: This role is based in-person at our office in sunny Brisbane, Australia. Relocation package available for the right candidate.

What you will do

  • Own global demand generation strategy and execution, with full accountability for pipeline contribution.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other paid channels.
  • Build and execute our AEO strategy to capture AI-driven search traffic as buyer behaviour shifts.
  • Develop demand creation programs (dark social, thought leadership, content distribution) alongside demand capture.
  • Analyse performance across the funnel using HubSpot, GA4, and attribution tools, optimising for ROI and pipeline efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales and the broader marketing team on messaging, content, and customer insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, with experience in enterprise or high-ACV sales cycles.
  • Hands-on expertise running paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, including budget management, audience targeting, and optimisation.
  • Understanding of AEO and how AI-powered search is changing demand capture (or strong curiosity and willingness to figure it out).
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable in HubSpot, GA4, and spreadsheets, making decisions based on data.
  • Experience tying marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, not just leads.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage your own priorities, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams across time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience with dark social, community-led growth, or thought leadership programs.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies for enterprise accounts.
  • Background in research, product, or UX-adjacent industries.
