What you will do

• Plan and issue a customer newsletter on a quarterly basis, coordinating with content writers and utilizing AI tools to enhance content generation.
• Develop and execute multi-touch marketing campaigns targeting specific companies, managing LinkedIn page content and leveraging marketing tools for outreach and lead generation.
• Improve inefficient business processes across sales operations and create better sales assets for RFP responses and customer reporting.
• Develop a centralized internal wiki for troubleshooting and operational processes, collaborating with internal teams to create and test “how-to” guides.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar sales, marketing, or operational support role.
• 2+ years experience with Zoho Campaigns, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and JIRA.
• Proven ability to work with AI tools for business process improvement, content creation, or workflow automation.
• Experience deploying or developing AI solutions for multiple use cases, including Azure AI or OpenAI API.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
