What you will do

• Lead regional marketing efforts and contribute to the APAC leadership team.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for commercial success.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on demand generation, lead acceleration, and customer marketing.
• Manage in-person and digital events, paid advertising, and third-party marketing relationships.
• Collaborate with global teams to amplify marketing initiatives and provide sales enablement.
• Drive annual planning, budget management, and measure marketing ROI.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of field marketing experience, including events, and leadership of small marketing teams.
• BA/BS degree in field marketing, digital media, or a related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, managing translation and agency vendors.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and accommodate APAC and EMEA time zones.
• This is a hybrid role, ideal candidate will be based in Sydney, Australia.
