Salary: $154,800–$275,400/year (base) with an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $172,000–$306,000/year (including bonus or commission).

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Experienced technical leader with a track record of leading critical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Self-starter with great communication and organizational skills, experienced in team environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional experience building software at scale.
• Experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, Go, SQL, NoSQL databases, microservice architecture, distributed systems, API design.
• Experience with agile processes.
