Salary: $171,500.00 to $240,000.00

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, high-performance systems that power advertisers’ campaigns across platforms.
• Enhance advertiser experience by measuring and optimizing performance.
• Influence the architecture and evolution of B2B platforms by evaluating and improving internal frameworks and development patterns.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in advertising technology, identifying opportunities to integrate new approaches and improve the platform.
• Collaborate across organizations including product, operations, and other engineer teams to deliver value to advertisers.
• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team, mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of professional software development experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience.
• Proven ownership of full-stack services or products, with demonstrated impact at the service or multi-service level.
• Strong technical expertise in system design (including low-level design), API development, and data modeling for web applications.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to both frontend and backend development.

• Experience architecting, deploying, and optimizing full-stack solutions that operate reliably at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership in system architecture, technical decision-making, and driving best practices within a service or domain.
• Track record of operational excellence, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of deployed services.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
• Demonstrated ability to safely implement and evolve AI/ML‑enabled features in production environments.
